Ryan and I discuss the kerfuffle created by “Aloha Pokē Co. of Chicago, Illinois by trademarking Aloha Pokē and the attempting to stop other businesses from using the words Aloha and Poke in their business names. Some of these business were owned by Native Hawaiians.
